At Casasrocher, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all packaging, hang tags and labels attached.
• Final sale items, intimates, swimwear and gift cards are not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at dsfhjkxkdj@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning.
